2.3 Return Shipping:
– Buyer’s Responsibility: In most cases, Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
– Seller’s Responsibility: If the product is defective or not as described, the Seller is generally responsible for return shipping costs.
– Please retain proof of return shipment for tracking purposes.
3. Refund Process
